Daal, Fried Egg, & Microgreen Breakfast Bowl

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 box Paro Masoor Daal 
  • 2 cups broccoli microgreens (about ½ Fieldhouse grow tray)
  • 1-2 tsp Paro Tarka spicy ghee topping
  • 1 egg
  • Optional: fried onions for crunch

    INSTRUCTIONS:

    1. Make your Paro Daal: follow the instructions on the box.
    2. Fry your egg sunny-side-up in a pan with butter or oil and serve on your bed of hot Daal.
    3. Top with broccoli microgreens, Tarka oil drizzle, and fried onions. Serve immediately and enjoy!
