- 1 box Paro Masoor Daal
- 2 cups broccoli microgreens (about ½ Fieldhouse grow tray)
- 1-2 tsp Paro Tarka spicy ghee topping
- 1 egg
- Optional: fried onions for crunch
- Make your Paro Daal: follow the instructions on the box.
- Fry your egg sunny-side-up in a pan with butter or oil and serve on your bed of hot Daal.
- Top with broccoli microgreens, Tarka oil drizzle, and fried onions. Serve immediately and enjoy!
