We do our best to get all Leath orders out as soon as possible. During normal times, all orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. In the rare occurrence that Leath is out of stock, an updated expected shipping date will be shown on the product purchase page. The most up-to-date information will be kept in those locations. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES
Receive free standard shipping within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska for all Fieldhouse and subscription orders. A shipping charge of $6 will be applied to any Leathlet orders that do not accompany a Fieldhouse or subscription. Express shipping is available for a charge of $20. Shipping costs and options will be displayed at checkout based on the products in your purchase. All prices are listed in USD.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on where and how to send us our package. Items sent back to Leath without first requesting a return through the above process will not be accepted.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
All Fieldhouse shipments receive free shipment protection through MonkProtect. In the event that your Fieldhouse order arrives damaged or has another issue, please submit a claim through MonkProtect for the fastest, easiest resolution. For any damaged Leathlet orders, email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. See our warranty information.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for Leathlets or sale items.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return on your original payment method within 10 business days. Returns are subject to a $30 shipping & restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at email@example.com.
