Veggie Toast with Radish Microgreens

Yield: 2-4 servings

Time: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

  • PACHA Loaf of choice (we used Buckwheat Sourdough Bread)
  • ½ cup radish microgreens (about ¼ Fieldhouse grow tray)
  • Chive & onion cream cheese
  • 1 Lemon for zest
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • Black pepper 
  • Flakey sea salt

    INSTRUCTIONS:

    1. Slice & toast PACHA Buckwheat Bread until it is delectably golden brown.
    2. Top with cream cheese spread, thinly sliced cucumber, lemon zest, and  microgreens. 
    3. Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, salt and black pepper (optional). Enjoy!
