INGREDIENTS:
- PACHA Loaf of choice (we used Buckwheat Sourdough Bread)
- ½ cup radish microgreens (about ¼ Fieldhouse grow tray)
- Cucumber, thinly sliced
- Chive & onion cream cheese
- 1 Lemon for zest
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- Black pepper
- Flakey sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Slice & toast PACHA Buckwheat Bread until it is delectably golden brown.
- Top with cream cheese spread, thinly sliced cucumber, lemon zest, and microgreens.
- Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, salt and black pepper (optional). Enjoy!
