- 4 oz pasta of choice (we used spaghetti noodles)
- 1 can Tomato Alla Vodka Cannelli Bean from Heyday Canning Co.
- 1-2 oz broccoli microgreens (about ¼ Fieldhouse grow tray)
- Optional Topping: basil and fresh parmesan cheese
- Start by warming the Tomato Alla Vodka Cannelli Beans on the stove over low heat.
- Cook your pasta according to the box instructions. Add drizzle with olive oil.
- Remove the beans pot from heat and add in your Tomato Alla Vodka Cannelli Beans.
- Before serving, top each bowl with basil, shaved parmesan, and broccoli microgreens. Enjoy!
