INGREDIENTS:
- 4 tostadas
- 1 can Kimchi Sesame Navy Beans from Heyday Canning Co
- ½ cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2-3 oz Radish microgreens (about ½ Fieldhouse grow tray)
- ½ cup scallions, thinly sliced (from 2-3 scallions)
- 1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- Squeeze of lime & zest optional
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Assemble by starting with your tostada base and add 3-4 spoonfuls of Heyday Kimchi Sesame Navy Beans on top.
- Follow with cabbage, Leath radish microgreens, scallions, and sesame seeds.
- Before serving, drizzle each tostada with a bit of lime juice. Enjoy!
