INGREDIENTS:
Base Layer
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup frozen banana
- ⅓ cup greek yogurt
- 1 cup water or milk (plant milk works well)
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 large ice cubes
Top Layer
- ½ cup frozen mango
- ¼ cup greek yogurt
- ½ cup spinach
- 3/4 cups medley microgreens
- 2 large ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Prepare your smoothie cups (2 for large smoothies and 4 for small smoothies).
- Place all Base Layer ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth. Pour into your prepared cups, filling them halfway.
- Rinse out the blender (no need to deep clean), then place all Top Layer ingredients in the blender. Blend until completely smooth, then pour on top of the base layer. Enjoy!
