How it works
Add water to expand the coir. Sprinkle seeds evenly, spray until damp, then add the lid and press gently so the seeds settle into the coir.
Lift the lid once a day to check in and mist if needed. Keep the surface damp, not soaked.
Once most seeds have sprouted, remove the lid and turn on the grow light. Add water through the watering ramp every 1–2 days, or when the coir starts to dry.
Snip when your greens are ready. Harvest the whole tray, or cut only what you need and let the rest keep growing.
Empty the tray, rinse it out, and start again with fresh coir and seeds.
